Shipping policy
We ship via USPS. Orders are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.
In some rare cases, due to an ingredient being on back order, there may be a slight shipping delay (usually of no more than 7 additional days).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email or cell phone number you provided during check out. Contact us if you have questions about your order.
We are not responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. Please verify shipping address prior to submitting order.
We must collect a new shipping fee if your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, invalid address, or if your apartment complex uses a parcel room and you fail to collect your parcel and it's shipped back to us.
International Shipping
Shipping prices to international destinations are calculated based on weight and postal code and/or country. The price will be shown at checkout. All prices shown are in USD. You are responsible for the duties and taxes if imposed by your country's customs.
