This product is wonderful. It is easy to use and exactly as described. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and cooked them in an air fryer exactly as directed. The chicken was done perfectly! Crispy, tasty and spicy. Very pleased.

Absolutely no additional seasoning is needed. My chicken contained the right amount of spice. My eldest who's sensitive to spicy foods just ate 3 pieces of the chicken I could and exclaimed, "It's good!"

Made a fried chicken salad using this mix and WOW! My 7 year old asked for seconds of the salad. The chicken was flavorful and moist. I cut up chicken breast into strips then dredged them into the wet then dry like the instructions suggest. Total win!
