I used this product for the first time after purchasing it over two months ago. It was fabulous. After cleaning & drying your fish., just dip it on both sides until covered completely then fry. The seasoning was crunchy & not salty. I have three more bags left. I’m very happy that I purchased it & highly recommend to others. Also, there’s no need to drip the fish in buttermilk or an egg since the seasoning stays on the fish perfectly. A+++ fish seasoning.
